I'm back from India

I'm back from India... So what happened while I was away? Today I opened SikhNet news and half news was from Amritsar. I just came from there. Canadian Prime Minister was in Golden Temple wondering if its real gold (that day my didi stuck in traffic for 3 hours) then Amritsar was hosting a Mr Singh competition (could not make it to it but would love to. Respect to Sardars!) By the way it's Christmas. Did you buy gifts? Great gifts at Desi Legend Shop. You are welcome!

Do not miss! Turbanology: After 7/7 by Jay Singh-Sohal

Have you been mistaken for terrorist? Have you been callled Osama? Have you been "randomly searched" in the airport?

Do not miss the documentary "Turbanology: After 7/7" by Jay Singh-Sohal, which was aired on BritAsia TV (Sky ch 833) on 7th July 2009. If you have a friend or you want to let other people know who are sikhs, I suggest investing in this DVD.

Jay Singh-Sohal is British journalist with a great personality and big ambitions. His website is Good job Mr Singh!
